What to Bring


  • Rain Gear
  • Sun protection, including sunglasses

  • Layers of clothing (mornings and evenings are cool)

  • Horse-safe footwear for all weather conditions
  • Rope halter
  • 12 ft. yacht rope – preferably w/o hardware
  • 22 ft. yacht rope w/ circle attachment
  • Stiff training stick w/ string (carrot stick)
  • Saddle pad
  • Saddle
  • Cinches 32 in. or less
